Cell Lines
hEC cell derived:
Endothelial Cells – Derived by FACS isolation based on a CD45- / VEGFR2 + cell surface profile. They have been evaluated for expression of PECAM, VE-Cadherin and VEGFR2.
Endothelial Cells – Notch ICD tet-on system and COUP-TFII tet-on system
Hepatoblasts – Derived from hEC exposed to liver-inducing conditions (Shiraki et al., 2008) and based on their ability to activate the HNF4 alpha promoter and a YFP reporter.
Dermal neonatal fibroblasts – isolated from foreskins.
